We put two guarantees in writing. One is about the result we measure — Google Search Console clicks. One is about the work we ship — posts, drafts, and your monthly report. This page is the full terms of both, including the parts that let us say no.

Not legal advice. A guarantee is binding only where your signed Service Order states it expressly — see Terms of Service Section 1. If your Service Order does not name a guarantee, this page describes what we offer, not what you have bought.
1.The GSC Lift Guarantee (foundation builds on a retainer)
Every foundation build that continues on a monthly growth retainer ships with the GSC Lift Guarantee. It is a guarantee about measured search performance — not about how a page looks or how it feels.
The retainer is a condition, and we would rather say why than bury it: the remedy is free retainer months. If you buy a build and no retainer, there is no invoice to credit and nothing to keep working on at no charge — so there is no guarantee to give you. You can add a retainer any time before the 90-day window closes and the guarantee applies.
What we measure. At launch we baseline your Google Search Console property: impressions, clicks, and average position for your target service and location terms. That baseline is recorded in writing and shared with you. Search Console is the ground truth — not our dashboard, not a third-party rank tracker, not a screenshot.
What we commit to. Measurable lift in Search Console clicks within 90 days of the foundation build going live.
What you get if we miss. Months 4, 5, and 6 of your retainer are free, and we keep working at no charge until the lift is confirmed in the data.
What has to be true for the guarantee to apply. All of the following, at launch:
A monthly growth retainer is in effect and current for the measurement window.
Your Google Business Profile is complete and we have been granted access to it.
GA4 tracking is active on the launched site.
The Search Console property is verified and we have access, so the baseline can actually be taken. If verification is outstanding, the 90-day clock does not start.
You are current on invoices for the period being measured.
You have not made changes to the site, its hosting, or its indexing settings outside our engagement that affect the measured terms.
The clock starts on the launch date of the foundation build, not on the date you signed.
2.The Extended GSC Lift Guarantee (optional)
The Extended GSC Lift Guarantee stretches the standard 90-day window to 180 days. If your clicks from search do not measurably increase within 180 days of launch, months 4 through 9 of your retainer are free — we keep working at no charge until the lift is confirmed in the data.
It is available at audit checkout only, and it carries the same qualifying conditions as Section 1. If you did not add it at audit checkout, Section 1 is the guarantee that applies to you.
The GSC Lift Guarantee covers the result. The Delivery Guarantee covers the work — the part that is entirely inside our control, so we hold ourselves to it without conditions about the market.
Our side. In any qualifying month we will ship the three guaranteed deliverables for your plan — the blog posts, the Google Business Profile post drafts, and the performance email by the 5th:
Partnership plan: 2 blog posts, 4 weekly GBP post drafts, performance email by the 5th.
Growth plan: 1 blog post, 2 GBP post drafts, performance email by the 5th.
Your Service Order names your plan and its numbers. Everything else in your plan — the city page, the review copy cadence, small edits — is included work, but it is not what the guarantee is measured on. We guarantee the three we can count.
What you get if we miss. If we miss any of the three, that month is free. You are credited the full monthly base fee against your next invoice. Email us to claim it — no form, no dispute.
Your side. For the Delivery Guarantee to apply in a given month, you must:
Keep our Google Business Profile and listing access granted.
Respond to inbound leads.
Not publish NAP details that contradict the published record we maintain.
Make listing-setting decisions — Messaging, hours, categories — within 14 days of a written request.
Pay that month's invoice on time.
If access or a decision is outstanding more than 14 days, we may pause new content. The Delivery Guarantee is suspended for any month in which a pause caused on your side is in effect, and the monthly fee still accrues during that pause.
This guarantees work delivered. It is not a guarantee of rankings, calls, or jobs — see Section 4.
4.What we do not guarantee
We would rather lose the sale than win it on a promise we cannot keep. So, plainly:
We do not guarantee revenue, jobs booked, or phone calls.
We do not guarantee keyword rankings or a Map Pack position.
We do not guarantee that any AI assistant will cite you, or that any specific answer engine will surface your brand.
We do not guarantee advertising performance or cost per lead.
We do not guarantee outcomes on platforms we do not control. Search engines, maps products, advertising platforms, and AI platforms change algorithms and policies without notice, and such a change is not a failure to perform.
Search Console click lift is guaranteed under Section 1 precisely because it is measurable, attributable, and tied to work we actually do. The items above are not.
5.How to claim
Email support@seedvaluemarketing.com with your business name and the month or measurement window you are claiming. That is the whole process.
For a GSC Lift claim we will pull the Search Console data for the window, compare it against the recorded launch baseline, and confirm in writing within five business days. If the data does not show the lift, the free months start on your next invoice automatically — you do not have to argue for it.
For a Delivery claim we will check the month's shipped work against the three committed deliverables and credit the month against your next invoice.
We do not require a form, a certified letter, or a dispute window. A guarantee you have to fight for is not a guarantee.
6.How this fits with the Terms
Our Terms of Service state that Services are provided on a best-efforts basis unless a Service Order expressly guarantees a numbered result in writing. These guarantees are that express statement, and they are incorporated into the Service Order for the engagement they name.
Where this page and your signed Service Order differ, the Service Order controls as to the specific services, fees, dates, and deliverables it identifies. Everything else in the Terms — ownership, confidentiality, limitation of liability, out-of-scope work, and termination — continues to apply.
We may update the guarantees offered to new Clients by posting a new version of this page. A change posted here does not reduce a guarantee already stated in a Service Order you have signed.
