Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Seed Value Marketing collects on this website and in the course of providing services, and what we do with it.

Information we collect
From website visitors, we may collect:
- Information you submit on a form or email: name, business name, email, phone, role, budget range, revenue range, and message.
- Technical data from your browser: IP address, device, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location, via hosting logs and analytics.
- Communications if you call, text, or email us.
From Clients, we also process information needed to deliver the services: website content, brand assets, listing and advertising credentials you grant, analytics, and CRM records you ask us to operate.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Qualify inquiries and book calls.
- Provide, bill, and improve the services.
- Operate Client websites, listings, automations, and reporting you hired us for.
- Measure this website (analytics) and prevent abuse.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell Client customer lists.
Who else sees it
We use vendors to run the business. Depending on the interaction, that may include:
- Form delivery (currently Web3Forms) to receive website inquiries.
- CRM (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) to store contacts and run follow-up you requested.
- Email (including Proton) to send and receive mail.
- Hosting (Vercel and related infrastructure).
- Google (Analytics, Search Console, Ads, Business Profile) where you use those products or visit this site.
- Payment processors you pay through.
Those vendors process data under their own terms. We give them only what is needed to do the job.
Client websites and listings
When we build or operate a Client website or listing, we process that Client’s customer and visitor data as needed to perform the Service Order (for example, form notifications, call tracking if included, analytics).
The Client is responsible for the legal pages, claims, and consent on the Client’s own properties, unless a Service Order expressly includes that work.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business, tax, and dispute records. Client project files are kept for the engagement and a reasonable archive after, as described in the Terms.
You may ask us to delete inquiry data that is not required for legal or accounting retention by emailing support@seedvaluemarketing.com.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies or similar technology for essential operation and for Google Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser. Blocking analytics cookies does not stop the site from working.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version at seedvaluemarketing.com/privacy. Material changes that affect Clients will also be emailed to the address on file, consistent with the Terms.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Venue is Ashtabula County, Ohio, as in the Terms of Service.
