The people behind the work

Run by J. DiMare

Seed Value Marketing is founded and run by J. DiMare from Ashtabula, Ohio. Every website, Google Business Profile setup, and AI-visibility engagement is built and managed personally — no outsourced teams, no account managers, no surprise invoices.

Three decades of hands-on depth

Building websites since age 12

Born in 1984, J. DiMare was taking computer classes at Kent State University at Ashtabula by nine — learning Windows 3.1 when you still typed WIN at the DOS prompt to launch it. By twelve he was building websites, in 1996, before most households had reliable internet. He studied Computer Information Systems at ACJVS, worked professionally as a film score composer, and later returned to Kent State Ashtabula for Psychology and Anthropology/Sociology.

He also studied welding in Tyler, Texas — not a random detour, but part of why he understands trades clients the way he does. The roofer, the contractor, the lawn-care operator: he has been in vocational training himself, not theorizing about that world from behind a marketing degree. The schema markup, the prerendering pipeline, the structured data, the Search Console workflows — all of it comes from over 30 years of hands-on depth, not a course taken last year.

What the playbook does

Six months, one roofing client

The same AI-visibility playbook that produced measurable results for Rockstar Roofing — pulled from Google Business Profile insights and Search Console, December 2025 to May 2026.

Why the work gets done this way

What film scoring teaches you about business systems

Composing for film means building a system of interdependent parts where every element serves the whole, nothing is arbitrary, and the final result either works or it does not. There is no almost. That same discipline goes into a small business's digital infrastructure: a homepage that converts, a Google Business Profile that ranks, a schema structure that gets cited by AI — each piece right on its own and connected correctly to every other piece.

The psychology and anthropology background adds another layer — understanding how people make decisions, how trust is built, and what makes someone pick up the phone. That is the difference between a website that looks good and one that actually works.

Why AI visibility matters now

Most agencies build for one surface. We build for both.

Search is bifurcating. Traditional rankings still matter, but a growing share of buying intent resolves inside AI assistants — which don't rank pages, they cite entities.

Built for both surfaces

Traditional Google rankings and AI retrieval — ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Siri, Alexa, Perplexity — built at the same time, by the same person. Most agencies only build for one.

Entity trust, not just keywords

AI systems don't rank pages, they cite entities. Schema markup, consistent NAP across directories, and structured data make your business a recognized entity that gets named.

Built to last

Thirty years of hands-on depth behind every build — schema, prerendering, structured data, Search Console workflows — not a framework picked up last year.

I started Seed Value to see small business owners win. The work gets done right — regardless of what it costs me.
